1. Placing an order
When you place an order on our website and receive an order confirmation from us you enter into an agreement with:

By shopping with us you agree to accept the terms and conditions described below.

To shop with us you have to be at least 18 years old and have a valid credit card.

The agreement is entered in English. You place an order by selecting the products you wish to buy and placing them in the cart. When you are ready to place the order, you accept our Terms & Conditions and click “Check out”. You will then be asked to provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address and possibly the shipping address if this differs from the billing address. You will then be able to choose your preferred shipping. Then you will need to provide the information required by the online payment system. All of our orders are processed through a 100% secure online payment system. The online payments system encrypts your payment information using the SSL protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits which is the highest level commercially available. The payment is handled externally - Weiss Andersen does not have access to your payment data.

We encourage you to check your order before placing it. Before the placement of your order, it is possible to edit the information you have provided such as billing or shipping address. You can also add or remove products from the cart at any time during the ordering process.

When you have placed your order, you will receive a receipt, which is a summary of the order you have just placed.

The moment you click “Pay now" and the receipt is displayed on your screen, you are bound by your order to us. The receipt you receive is an automated receipt, which means we have received your submitted order.

Please note that this does not mean that we have accepted your order. If we accept your order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming that we have accepted your order.

We store your order and the order confirmation and you can receive a copy hereof by contacting us at any time.

If you have made a mistake while placing your order – such as giving us the wrong address – you can contact us at info@weissandersen.com and we can correct it.

Change or annulment of your order
When your order has been placed, you can change it by contacting us via info@weissandersen.com

We will then assist you with changing your order IF the order has not been shipped prior to your inquiry.

If your order has been shipped, you still have a 14 days cancellation right. Please see section 5 below for more information on the cancellation right.

Without being obliged to compensate you or otherwise cover your expenses, we are entitled to annul your purchase in the following situations:

- If an unintended error occurs on weissandersen.com such as a payment error

- If your payment information cannot be verified or if this information is incorrect

- If we suspect that your order has been placed in bad faith or in relation to criminal activities.

We will attempt to solve any problem and we will keep you informed of any annulment before such takes place. If an annulment does take place, we will reimburse any payments made without imposing any further costs on you.

2. Prices and Payment
All prices are in DKK including 25% VAT, but excluding shipping costs.

The prices are all current prices, which are frequently updated.

The prices may be subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that we have accepted.

The total price you accept when you submit your order is the amount that we will withdraw from your account when your order has been shipped. The amount will never be withdrawn before we have handled and shipped your order.

We accept the following credit cards:

VISA & MasterCard

We also accept all debit cards (eg. Dankort) with Visa or MasterCard logos.

The communication between you and our payment system is secured by SSL (Secure Socket Layer).

As our payment system is handled by a third-party payment provider, they are the only ones with access to your payment data.

Customs and sales TAX
Please be aware that local TAX and duties may occur, depending on your region. Weiss Andersen is not responsible for any fees charged by customs or the carrier. These charges are at the customer's own expense.

3. Copyright
All Designs, Logos, and names are the property of Weiss Andersen, Studio WeissKrogh ApS and can only be used with permission from Weiss Andersen, Studio WeissKrogh ApS. Online content such as text, graphic design elements, icons, images, videos, audio files, and software is the property of Weiss Andersen, Studio WeissKrogh ApS and can only be used with permission from Weiss Andersen, Studio WeissKrogh ApS. All Rights Reserved. 

4. Delivery and Shipment

We ship your order within 1-3 business days with the quickest response possible. We will always keep you informed on when your order is shipped.

Denmark, Germany & Sweden

If your country is not on the list, please contact us at info@weissandersen.com, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with a shipment cost.

Delivery times
The delivery time depends on the area and the country of delivery. 

In Denmark, we generally deliver within 2-5 business days.
We generally ship with GLS & PostNord.

Price of delivery in Denmark
Free shipping from DKK 500,- (only pickup shop delivery)
Pickup shop delivery: DKK 39,-
Home delivery: DKK 69,-

Price of delivery in Germany
Pickup shop delivery: DKK 99,-

Price of delivery in Sweden
Pickup shop delivery: DKK 99,-

As a part of the ordering process, you will always be informed about the price of delivery if any.

Please note that by accepting and paying your order you also accept the cost of delivery as a part of the order.

All our art prints are shipped in a protective cardboard box.

The receipt of deliveries
When you receive a package it is very important that you check it before you accept it, because when you have accepted the package and the delivery is complete, you bear the risk for the delivered products. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to your carrier. 

Undelivered orders 
If your order is returned to us through no fault of our own you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping to us. We will withdraw DKK 50,- from the purchase price when we make the refund.

We cannot take responsibility for delays out of our control such as customs delays etc.

5. The right to cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase and you can exercise this right within 14 days after delivery, provided that the purchased product(s) is/are not damaged and can be returned in the same state, as it was at the time of delivery.

If the 14 day-period expires on a holiday, a Saturday, a Sunday, Grundlovsdag, Christmas Eve, or New Year’s Eve, you have until the first coming weekday to return your order.

How to exercise your cancellation right

You exercise the above right by returning your order to us before the 14 day period expires. It is sufficient if you have handed the products over to GLS, PostNord, or another courier of your choice, who will handle the return to us, before the period expires. If you wish to ensure evidence that you have indeed exercised the right of cancellation in time, we recommend that you keep the receipt from, i.e. GLS, PostNord regarding the shipment.

Unless otherwise agreed, you are obliged to pay the cost of the shipment with respect to your return, if you decide to exercise your right of cancellation.

When we have received the return and checked that the returned product lives up to the conditions for exercising the cancellation right, we will refund the full purchase price. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be credited to your account. We always aim to do our very best to make this process as fast and convenient for you as possible.

If it is our opinion that the requirements to exercise the cancellation right are not met, we will contact you via email with an explanation.

6. Guarantee 
The Danish law Købeloven (Danish Consumer Contracts Act) applies to purchases on this website.

When you make a purchase as a consumer, you have the right to submit a complaint within 24 months.

If your complaint is justified, it means that you can either get the item repaired or changed, get your money back, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.

You need to submit your complaint to us within a "reasonable time" after you discover the fault. If you submit your complaint within two months after the fault has been discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

The faulty item must always be returned to us in proper packaging. Remember to save a receipt for the shipment.

Weiss Andersen does not cover shipping fees in case of a complaint.

We cannot guarantee that the colors on the website will be true to life. This depends partly on the color settings of your computer and monitor.

7. Dispute resolution
Any dispute and any agreement and purchases made in relation to Weiss Andersen are subject to Danish law and shall be resolved by the Danish courts unless otherwise determined by mandatory law.

8. Personal data
Personal information covers all information that can be used to identify a person, including but not limited to, first and last name, age, gender, private address or other physical address, email address, and other contact information, regardless of the information is related to a private residence or workplace.

What personal information do we collect and process? As a rule, you can access the website without telling who you are or providing personal information about yourself. However, Weiss Andersen needs certain information in order to make purchase agreements with you and provide news and other services to you. Weiss Andersen collects only the personal information that is absolutely necessary.

We need the following information: Name, address, telephone number, and email address.

Weiss Andersen does not collect personally identifiable information about you from third parties and does not store information about payment means, such as card numbers on payment cards, bank accounts, or the like.

Personal information submitted to Weiss Andersen is only disclosed to:
- The company's internal departments
- Selected and trusted third parties who may use your personal information in order to deliver goods or services that you have ordered

In order to further develop and improve weissandersen.com, we collect statistics about how you use the website.

The personal data are registered with Weiss Andersen and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted.

As registered with Weiss Andersen, you are always entitled to object to the registration. You also have the right to understand what information is registered about you. 9. Cookies
This website uses "cookies", which are text files stored on your computer, mobile phone, or equivalent for the purpose of recognizing it, remembering settings, collecting statistics, and targeting ads. This allows you to refuse the use of cookies, but please note that if you choose to deactivate cookies while using our website, it will have an impact on your shopping experience.
